Cultural Competency Workshop
As Cultural Awareness becomes increasingly important, this workshop is designed to enhance your understanding of different cultures. It provides an opportunity to reflect on your practices and reduce any biases or stereotypes you may hold. This will strengthen relationships, promote positive engagement, and enable you to offer better support and assess children, young people, and their families.
The workshop aims to help participants recognise and appreciate cultural differences and similarities, promoting inclusivity. You will learn to define and respect other cultures, gaining a deeper understanding of “Our Community.”
