Welfare Call Lancashire PEP Training
This Training is for Schools/Settings, Children's Social Care, and Virtual School staff.
From 1 September 2026, the Lancashire PEP will be hosted on the Welfare Call platform.
You will no longer need to access LCS/The Professional Portal to complete the PEP.
This is training to show you how to:
-Access the system,
-Navigate the system,
-Complete the form,
There will also be plenty of opportunities to ask questions.
THESE SESSIONS WILL BE APPROXIMATELY 1:15 HOURS LONG -with opportunities for further questions following this.
